This small but unique experiential events agency based in Hertfordshire, is looking for a Group Account Director/MD. This role is a maternity cover and the chosen candidate will hopefully start in May.
The successful candidate would be of a senior position and must have a proven track record within this well known agency but relish the challenge of running a small agency and team and helping to grow that agency.
Someone who has leadership skills and is able to run, manage and motivate a small but busy experiential agency.
Our client is looking for someone that would be able to assist with the on-going development of new business both with both existing clients and new clients to help grow and develop the business.
Excellent financial acumen to manage the projected billings and drive new business within the agency.
Someone that is able to make decisions with confidence and be responsible for the smooth running of the agency and accounts and not mind getting their hands dirty and getting involved with account management as well as managing the agency.
Ideally have the experience of planning and managing a range of experiential campaigns in their career so they understand the complexities involved and can problem solve accounts and help the team when required.
