An experienced and strategic Account Director is required to join the account handling team of a leading East Midlands agency. The position will be overseeing 2 key accounts and hold responsibility for a team of Account Managers, Execs and a Senior Account Manager.
The position will involve:
-Developing strong relationships between agency teams and clients
-Develop and communicate strategic plans and objectives for clients
-Oversee production/creative briefs by the teams
-Conclude and present results at the end of campaigns
-Ensure all client service standards are achieves
-Client appraisals
-Budget management and fee negotiations
-Business development
The position requires a candidate who is currently at the Senior Account Manager level within a similar agency environment.
