Fairer Fees with Fair Rebates

Nothing turns a philosophy into a principle like a short sharp jolt in the bottom line. But that's exactly what our Fair Fees policy does. Being core to our central belief of continuously improving upon the service you receive from us recruitment folk, it helps turn our rhetoric into substance.

It means we're straight with you if you're committed to us. We'll share with you an array of discounts and a 50% rebate for the first four weeks of a candidate's employment.

On the freelance front, if somebody proves unsatisfactory and you refuse to use them beyond their first day, we'll waive our commission and pay the freelancer ourselves. Now, we can't say fairer than that.
