However, the real secret in filling a role efficiently and smoothly is when your Blue Skies Consultant works with you and your company in a genuine partnership. As with any relationship the amount of commitment dictates the time we can allocate to you.
By working together on a sole-recruiter basis you can rest assured we’ll dedicate ample resources to find you the right candidates. Our consultants can meet you to discuss the role immediately; in person or via web video such as Skype, and will prepare a tailored candidate generation plan for you. If you want maximum commitment to fill your vacancy quickly and smoothly then our consultants will be happy to reciprocate. As well as our candidate database, all sole-recruiter clients will benefit from a proactive marketing campaign. For senior roles you will be assigned an Executive Consultant who can, if required, work on a Search basis. Executive Consultants will provide you with an individual proposal detailing where your most relevant target candidates will be sourced, contacted and evaluated. Your Executive Consultant will manage every stage of the selection process until completion – we understand that operating at Executive level demands the most sensitive handling of all details. You’ll be in expert hands.
