This is a great opportunity for a strong, ambitious, digital-savvy Senior Account Director to work on a global piece of business for one of the most well-known brands in the world. The agency you will work for is one of the largest and top 5 London agencies You will be part of an integrated Central agency team, primarily responsible for planning and implementing the digital components of larger integrated 360° communications programs in key markets around the globe.

If you have strong client-servicing skills, a proven track record in delivering complex digital programs, comfort in managing many projects at once, and experience managing and working with integrated global teams then read on...

Responsibilities:

- Key role in the day to day management of digital projects across the different business units at American Express across a number of International markets.
- Working with an extended team (IA, Strategic planners, Producers and Creative) to deliver site audits, customer journeys and general strategy for a number of projects as part of the American Express Digital Transformation Programme (DTP).
- Growing new areas of the Digital business including merchant sites and American Express Travel.
- Managing a team of 2 X Account Managers, 1 X Account Executive and Producers to ensure projects are being run effectively, client relationships are being developed and final outputs are delivering against client objectives and business goals on time, on budget and on brief.
- Track record of growing accounts through the development of new business opportunities, proactively optimize current programs and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for financial management of digital projects and reporting to the Business Director and finance teams on a regular basis. Contributing to the improvement of profitability and maximizing revenue wherever possible; monitoring all billing procedures carried out by the team. Contributes to the business/ resource planning process, alerting management to any likely changes to billing/ income, any potential write off`s etc...

Required Experience:

- Excellent client service skills
- 3 years digital experience
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex digital projects
- Excellent management and motivational skills
- Excellent financial management skills
- Strong strategic ability for scoping and planning Interactive projects
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Clear evidence of business development skills
