A globally successful retailer is currently looking for a Digital and eCommerce Manager to become part of its leading team based in Wiltshire!
Sitting within the marketing team, the role will involve unlocking online potential of the brand.
Key responsibilities will include...
- Devising, communicating and delivering the strategic direction of the online proposition
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all online marketing activities
- Measuring the output from Google Analytics, site intelligence and PPC campaigns to drive the development of the brand
- Establishing an annual product mix and promotions strategy that maximizes the brand`s commercial potential
- Working with offline teams to devise and implement the online aspect of various new product launches
- Managing the search agency, ensuring that they create and implement a paid search strategy that maximizes the brand`s performance
- Working closely with the PR team to devise and implement a social media strategy
- Developing and coaching the online team
The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience in an online environment within multiple sectors. They will be passionate about online and the opportunities it brings to drive traffic and sales to the brand. With the ability to lead a team, they will have bags of initiative and first-class communication skills.
