WWAV Rapp Collins has implemented changes in its creative department.

London-based advertising agency WWAV Rapp Collins has announced that it has appointed two executive directors and two creative directors, reports Precision Marketing.

The new executive creative directors are Barney Cockerell and Rik Haslam - who were promoted from in-house - while the creative directors will be Jim Thomas and Chad Warner.

Thomas was previously employed at Clemenger BBDO Direct in New Zealand, while Warner worked at Rapp Collins in New York.

Ian Haworth, chairman of WWAV Rapp Collins, said that the appointments will be beneficial in moving the company forward.

"These promotions and hirings signal our determination to continually evolve our creative offering, broaden our skills base and work with the very best creative talent in the business," he told the magazine.

WWAV Rapp Collins employs around 150 people in Hammersmith. Its client portfolio includes the NSPCC (which the company has worked with for 26 years), Sony, Cancer Research UK and Legal & General.

Blue Skies Marketing Recruitment works on behalf of both permanent and freelance agency and in-house candidates across the creative, design and branding, digital, DM, events, experiential, integrated, PR and sales promotion sectors.
