A new digital agency is to launch later this summer.

A new digital agency is set to be launched later this summer, it has been reported.

According to Brand Republic, the startup will be owned by Cossette Communications Group and will be called Spike.

The project will be headed by Craig Morgan in the client servicing field and Richard Neville in the strategy department.

Mr Morgan is currently head of client services at Tribal DDB, while Mr Neville is the digital director of Elvis.

They will be overseen by John Owen and Mark Leversedge, Dare's planning partner and the managing director of Elvis respectively.

Further hirings are expected in the next few months, while the agency will open its doors in Tottenham towards the end of July.

Cossette is an international communications firm with operations in the UK, US and Canada. It offers communications services to over 800 clients of all sizes, including some of the world's most recognisable brands.
