Three marketing agencies have become members of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.
Marketing trade body the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) has elected three new marketing agencies into its membership.
AWA, Hunterlodge and Serious Ideas will joint the IPA's 273 other member agencies, who between them handle around 85 per cent of all UK advertising spend.
AWA is a full-service marketing communications company based in south Manchester whose clients include Knauf Insulation and United Utilities. The company believes being affiliated with the IPA will bring "kudos" to its work.
Hunterlodge is also a full-service agency based in Hertfordshire with clients such as the London Borough of Newham and Thames Valley University. It says joining the IPA is "recognition" of its hard work and dedication to its clients.
Creative agency Serious Ideas, whose client base includes London Business School and Hutchison 3G, has also attained IPA membership and says the achievement will give it "fantastic credibility".
The election of these three agencies comes after Golley Slater Digital, Semaphore Marketing and Trinity Communications joined the IPA in March.
Blue Skies Marketing Recruitment works on behalf of both permanent and freelance agency and in-house candidates across the creative, design and branding, digital, DM, events, experiential, integrated, PR and sales promotion sectors.
