A UK-based consultancy firm has announced it has purchased a search marketing agency.
Al Digital, the UK-based marketing, e-learning and consultancy firm, has announced it has bought the search marketing agency Site Visibility, according to M and A Deals.
The company, formerly Academy Learning, is to merge the new acquisition with its current business operations, which will double its number of consultants.
Chief executive Jason Woodford said that the move could help Al Digital to become one of the UK's leading digital agencies, adding that he hopes it may rise to become one of the top 15 search marketing agencies in the UK.
"Site Visibility boasts an impressive client list, with high levels of customer satisfaction and we have already experienced an excellent cultural fit and business synergy," he commented.
Damon Lightley, Site Visibility's founder and managing director, will become a shareholder in Al Digital and will take up a position on its board.
AL Digital offers services in all aspects of internet development and consultancy, ranging from programming capability to web design and security consultancy.
