Digital agency TH_NK has appointed MT Rainey as non-executive chairman

TH_NK, a digital agency with offices in London and Newcastle, has appointed MT Rainey as non-executive chairman, it has emerged.

The move marks Ms Rainey's return to the marketing world after a three-year role in online social enterprise.

She has also been previously employed at the creative agency Chiat/Day, as well as founding her own company - Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe - in 1993.

Ms Rainey said that she was pleased with her new position within the company.

"Whether it be alleviating the burden of management issues or providing a sounding board in this fast changing industry, my role will be to help shape the future of this exciting company," she said.

TH_NK founder and managing director Tarek Nseir also expressed his approval of the appointment.

"Having MT on board as our chairman is a major privilege for us in this exciting and challenging phase of our expansion," he said.

TH_NK's clients include the BBC, the NHS, Northern Rock and Bupa.
