Creative agency Love has appointed ex-BBC man Richard Hall as its new client services director.

Richard Hall is to be the new client services director at Love.

Previously, Mr Hall has worked in a client-related role at the BBC, where he was involved in the launch of the corporation's iPlayer.

He also has experience with the London agencies St Lukes and RKCR/Y&R.

Managing director of Manchester-based Love Alistair Sim said: "We are delighted that Rich has joined our team. With experience handling major clients such as BT, Ikea and the BBC, he has a wealth of experience that LOVE can benefit from."

Mr Hall said that Love impressed him with their "brilliant ideas" and he added he was keen to start "helping shape" the company's future.

This comes after the appointment of Darren Hughes from W&K Amsterdam by the creative agency at the beginning of the year.

Mr Hughes was made creative head at the company and is responsible for managing the agency's creative teams.

Blue Skies Marketing Recruitment works on behalf of both permanent and freelance agency and in-house candidates across the creative, design and branding, digital, DM, events, experiential, integrated, PR and sales promotion sectors.
