A UK-based direct marketing agency has announced a shakeup of its management division.

UK direct marketing agency Targetbase Claydon Heeley has announced that it has restructured its management team.

It has appointed Chris Gordon, former boss of WWAV Rapp Collins, as chief executive, while Trisha Fairless is to become development director.

In addition, Patricia Lyle, senior vice-president of Targetbase in the US, will move to spend half of her time working for the company in London and Matt Pharr will join the agency as senior anaylst, reports Precision Marketing.

Tom Harrison, diversified agency services chairman of Omnicom - one of the world's largest advertising agency holding companies - said he was pleased with the restructure.

"We are confident that the combination of Claydon Heeley's outstanding creative and Targetbase's market leading analytics and insights will set a new standard of effectiveness that clients will find highly relevant and very appealing in the current economic climate," he commented.

Targetbase Cladon Heeley provides a range of services, including direct marketing and planning, mobile marketing and digital marketing.
