Carlson appoints new digital executive

A UK-based marketing agency has appointed a new digital executive.
Carlson Marketing has announced it has appointed a new digital creative director.
Scott Bedford will take up the role, having moved from Syzygy, where he worked for clients such as Citroen, Channel 4 and the Design Council, reports Precision Marketing.
He has also previously been employed at Publicis Cape town and Proximity.
Jonathan Harman, chief executive of Carlson marketing, told the magazine: "As well as a portfolio bursting with great work, Scott brings a wealth of industry experience which will prove invaluable as we look to take our interactive digital offering to the next level."
He added that he hopes Mr Bedford will introduce ideas to assist the company with the challenge of digital integration.
Carlson Marketing is a global marketing services company with three lines of business: Carlson 1to1, sales and marketing services and meetings and events.
Its client services include channel marketing, loyalty, employee engagement and decision sciences.
