Recruitment Consultant - Agency Creative Team - Richmond
Due to phenomenal success within our Creative Agency team, Richmond we are looking to appoint either an experienced recruitment consultant (open to sector experience) or a Creative marketing practioner to join the team.
You will inherit a number of existing Agency relationships and initially be responsible for sourcing the very best creative talent from a Graphic Designer to a Creative Team.
With time and training you will be armed with the right skills and knowledge to build your client portfolio and market yourself as the go to recruiter for all things Creative.
You will either have a track record in recruitment (ideally marketing but open to sector specialisms) or work within a Creative agency as an Account Handler, Project Manager looking to use your existing knowledge and skill set in a new environment.

Recruitment Consultant – Agency Design & Branding - Richmond
Overview of role:
To develop and win new business with leading Design & Branding agencies and to grow a candidate pool of the most talented Account Handlers from AE to AD Level. This is currently a warm desk with huge earning potential for the right consultant.
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for acquiring new candidates for Blue Skies and, subsequently, deliver a premier recruitment service to both candidates and clients. You will be a specialist consultant with your finger on the pulse in terms of developing your Creative knowledge. The role is a 360 recruitment role so you will also be expected to win new business.
You will either have a track record in recruitment (ideally marketing but open to sector specialisms) or work within a Design & Branding agency as an Account Handling looking to use your existing knowledge and skill set in a new environment.

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Richmond and Stratford Upon Avon (Agency & Client Side)
We have a number of opportunities for bright and ambitious graduates across the Blue Skies Richmond office working either within our Agency Team and Client Side sector teams. You could be working with a top 100 agency or well know high street brand!
Overview of Role:
To develop and win new business with leading businesses/Integrated Agencies. Both desks are warm and offer huge earning potential and the opportunity to work with some of the top 100 Integrated Agencies and well known global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is exceptionally varied where no one day is ever the same. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle from developing relationships with new clients through to identifying and placing the very best marketing talent.
The recruitment opportunity we provide at Blue Skies allows Graduates to have a huge amount of responsibility from day one, the potential to earn significantly more than most entry roles and clearly defined progression objectives which can be achieved within your first 3 - 6 months of being with the business.

Paid Junior Graduate Recruitment Consultant Internship – Agency Richmond
Overview of role:
As a result of continued success across we are looking to appoint a number of intelligent and ambitious graduates to work with existing clients and further develop our presence within the marketing world. We offer a paid internship for graduates who are unsure what career path they may wish to take and are looking for first hand experience before committing to a career in recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
The role of a recruitment intern will provide an opportunity for a bright, ambitious, confident graduate to get first hand experience working in a fast paced professional recruitment environment. You will be working closely with a senior consultant developing candidate attraction methodologies, taking ownership for a pool of your own candidates keeping in regular contact in person and on the phone matching their skills and experience with clients requirements.
You will receive formal Blue Skies training and an opportunity to get first hand experience working for a leading UK marketing recruitment company. A fantastic opportunity to get first hand experience to develop your sales skills and get a taste of what a career in sales looks like. The overall aim of the internship is for the successful candidates to become a permanent member of the Blue Skies Richmond team.
The intern will be paid and the package would increase with bonus on going permanent.
