Recruitment Consultant – Client Side, Creative Team. Richmond Office
Overview of role:
To develop and win new business operating out of either our Stratford upon Avon office or Richmond office with leading Client/Agency brands and to grow a candidate pool of the most talented web developers, Information Architects, IPhone application, android Application Designers etc. This is currently a warm desk with huge earning potential for the right consultant and an opportunity to grow your own team.
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for acquiring new candidates for Blue Skies and, subsequently, deliver a premier recruitment service to both candidates and clients. You will be a specialist consultant with your finger on the pulse in terms of developing your Creative knowledge. The role is a 360 recruitment role so you will also be expected to win new business for the Creative Team.
You will have a track record in recruitment either as a generalist IT recruitment consultant or specialist development consultant.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Agency/Client Side
Overview of role:
As a result of continued success across both offices (Richmond & Stratford upon Avon) we are looking to appoint a number of intelligent & ambitious graduates to work with existing clients and further develop our presence within the marketing world.
Key responsibilities:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a varied one. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle from business development to building client and candidate relationships through to placing candidates into roles and negotiating terms of business. You will spend time both on the phone and meeting people face to face and will be responsible for developing your own client list from our extensive database.
You will be working closely with a senior consultant who will support and train you in this fast moving environment. You will be required to work quite autonomously but under guidance. A professional attitude is essential, along with attention to detail.

Senior Appointment Recruitment Consultant – Integrated Agency. Richmond
Overview of role:
Our sub brand: Blue Skies Executive is a leader in recruiting Senior Agency Marketing appointments, due to continued success over the last 18 months we are looking to expand this Blue Skies Service offering.
Key responsibilities:
The successful applicant will have the credibility and gravitas to engage and build long term relationships with Board Level Agency marketing professionals/key decision makers with our existing clients and further develop our impressive client portfolio.This is a full 360 role winning new business, developing existing accounts and sourcing and delivering the best senior Agency candidates.
This is a pivotal role to the Agency division at Blue Skies as you will be developing relationships with Senior Client Services professional selling in the full Blue Skies service offerings.
