It is increasingly hard for organisations to plan in the current "in / out lockdown world". It’s difficult to predict the future and most (if not all) business plans have been impacted by COVID-19. 

Many of my clients are rethinking their growth strategies, some of them have had to postpone their recruitment plans. Instead of permanent headcount many of my clients are opting for temporary, interim solutions. 

Which is great because, honestly, the quality of Interim Marketing and Creative talent has never been higher. Interims can bring a fresh eye and approach, are dependable and flexible, add great value and are often better equipped to understand business challenges and deliver results quickly.
