Reduce the risks and continue to grow your Marketing team

It is increasingly hard for organisations to plan in the current "in / out lockdown world". It’s difficult to predict the future and most (if not all) business plans have been impacted by COVID-19.

Many of my clients are rethinking their growth strategies, some of them have had to postpone their recruitment plans. Instead of permanent headcount many of my clients are opting for temporary, interim solutions.

Which is great because, honestly, the quality of Interim Marketing and Creative talent has never been higher. Interims can bring a fresh eye and approach, are dependable and flexible, add great value and are often better equipped to understand business challenges and deliver results quickly.

I am working with some outstanding interim Marketing professionals; Marketing Assistants to Marketing Directors who have had a significant impact in their temporary roles. Managing day to day tactical activity, big change programmes, specific projects - communications and digital transformation.

COVID-19 has led to fast changing resource levels, some of my clients have utilised interim Marketing professionals to help the team keep up with deadlines.

As I mentioned in my blog back in March, in my experience, getting the best out of a temporary relationship requires both parties to commit time up front to understanding each other and being clear on the rules of engagement. That is why there is no better time than right now to do initial introductions rather than waiting for the crunch.

To save you time and energy our freelancers and interim professionals all come with the option to pay via the blueskies payroll - find out more here.

If you need to do more, if you want to grow… but you don’t have headcount – go interim!

If you can’t afford to let a deadline slip and your team are at capacity – get in touch today.
