We‘ve been recruiting marketing and creative talent for over 20 years and have developed relationships to be proud of with many candidates across the Midlands and Northern Home Counties.

It strikes me that blueskies are in a unique position, we are ideally placed to hear candidate viewpoints as well as clients. If you consider that each candidate is a potential future employee, hearing their views and opinions is useful and usually quite difficult to do.

With that in mind I am delighted to share with you the results of our recent candidate research - the view. Over the past few years, we have been continuously improving our annual salary survey. Our approach this year builds on that foundation with enhanced candidate opinion on important topical subjects.

The view  discusses meaningful topics from a candidate’s perspective. In this issue we look at gender, career progression, flexible working and recruitment experience.

You will also find an updated salary benchmarking table for Marketing, Creative, Digital, PR, and Agency roles - reviewing the minimum and maximum ranges across multiple levels and disciplines.
