We are currently recruiting for the following:

Senior Recruitment Consultant £35-40k OTE

A Senior Recruitment Consultant at blueskies is responsible for managing their own desk, developing new business and offering a best in class service to clients and candidates alike. We work in a highly autonomous environment so you'll need to be motivated to achieve and exceed targets for both your activity levels (e.g. sales calls and meetings) and also your monthly and quarterly sales targets. With this you'll get all the support necessary to enable you to become a true expert in your sector and establish yourself as the go to recruiter of choice in your specific market.

Our consultants come from a range of backgrounds and having recruitment experience is not the most important thing. To be successful within our business we look for someone with an ability to build exceptional relationships at all levels, a drive to succeed and achieve, a proven consultative and honest approach to sales, excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the right mind-set and values - honest, flexible and reliable with a great work ethic and passion to succeed!

Of particular interest would be anyone with at least 3 years' experience in a creative environment (whether that be working in it or recruiting for it) and therefore a solid understanding of the challenges of recruiting across both agency and client-side.

Easily commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and parts of Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. You must be able to drive and have your own transport.
