Customer service specialist
Are you a people focussed customer service expert? Do you have exceptional organisational skills and a genuine interest in marketing and creative industries? This role would suit someone currently in a customer service role, who is looking to develop into a specialist within an exciting and people driven environment.
This person would be focused on providing support to blueskies candidates at any point in their recruitment process, demonstrating genuine care and developing an understanding of their skills and requirements. The role is certainly varied and there will be key objectives that include developing a candidate acquisition strategy, taking responsibility of managing candidate experience as a whole and providing outstanding candidate care, inline with the blueskies values.
We are looking for someone with energy and outstanding organisation skills who can bring a solution focussed approach. A genuine commitment to service is a prerequisite too, as well as being meticulous, methodical and able practice effective time management.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be targeted on both activity levels (e.g. sales calls and meetings) and also sales targets on a monthly basis, you’ll be motivated to achieve and exceed your targets and have all the support necessary to enable you to establish yourself as the go to recruiter of choice in your relevant market.
