Some people fly through interviews, others find them really daunting. Whichever camp you fall into we’re here to support you every step of the way. There are few different types of interviews, each one designed to get to know you and your skillset. Whichever one you might face, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepped and confident.

Our in-house clients, are in the main, still using competency-based interview techniques, often focused around their values where they will be looking for you to demonstrate that you’re a great fit for their team. In agencyland initial interviews tend to be a little less formal, mainly CV based and allowing you the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience as well as getting across your personality and character. Across the board, team fit is all important and so letting your personality shine through is key. 

Whilst becoming less common, telephone interviews are still a preference for some clients, however we believe that video interviews are the way forward – which is why we have our own online interviewing platform blueskies LIVE.

Second stage interviews usually involve a presentation or task which we can give you plenty of support with. Whether you’re a marketer or a creative, you’ll always have the opportunity to show off your portfolio too.
