This brilliant agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their established client services team managing a high-profile client base of brilliant consumer brands including a wealth of brands you see every day on the high street.

They are on the lookout for an extremely passionate and talented AM or SAM to work as client lead on some fab clients with the support of a team of Account Executives. In this role you’d be working as part of a brilliant close-knit team with the support of a strong leadership team who truly value their team and are focused on continuing to develop an agency with a fantastic culture and who produce exceptional marketing campaigns with a focus on strategy and brilliant creative. The role will see you working on integrated activity around key date campaigns as well as overall brand strategy. Key responsibilities:

  • Leading relationships with some of the agency’s key clients, really getting under the skin of their brands to create exceptional marketing campaigns
  • Managing the implementation of marketing campaigns including: branding, advertising, POS, collateral production, social and interiors.
  • Leading and mentoring more junior team members and managing workloads day to day
  • Driving internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered to brief and to deadline

They are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience creating and executing multi-channel campaigns at Account Manager level
  • A real skill for getting under the skin of a brand and creating brilliantly impactful campaigns

They’re based in Birmingham, easily commutable by train and an easy drive from across Warwickshire and the West Midlands – Birmingham, Coventry, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Solihull, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon. They have onsite parking but are easily accessed by train.
