Account Manager – West Midlands / London – c£30000 - £40000
Our client is a well-known, growing integrated agency with an HQ in the Midlands, and an impressive portfolio of clients. They are looking for a talented Account Manager to take on this pivotal role managing one of their key accounts within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate could be based in either London or the Midlands and work flexibly. Could you be that person?
THEY WANT SOMEONE TO….
Manage full-service line of projects including live events, virtual events, digital projects, film and video projects, design and campaign projects including full end to end planning and communication
Manage and share client brief effectively across all internal stakeholders
Take ownership and actively manage assigned budgets whilst effectively influencing and negotiating with internal and external parties to ensure targeted profits are achieved and ideally exceeded
Have the ability to deliver a project on time, to the agreed objectives and exceed client expectations. Gain feedback from delegates and key stakeholders whilst developing client contacts and increasing revenue.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE….
Proven experience within an agency-based environment is essential
Excellent rapport building, active listening and communication skills are essential supported by proven relationships internally and externally
Exceptional planning and organisational skills with a passion for customer service, delivery and attention to detail – must leave no stone unturned!
Proven experience of financial and budget management.
Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Experience of production elements, including technical, design, print, video, multi-media and presentation would be advantageous
