Are you a sparky, enthusiastic and eager Account Manager? If so, this is the one for you!

I have a new role with a brilliant agency who work on some lovely integrated campaigns across a range of clients. They are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their team due to some fantastic new business wins!

As an agency they are well and truly “cool”, they are certainly sought after and they have a brilliant staff retention rate. Their list of clients is super interesting, spanning from property, to retail to public sector clients across the UK.

They are a fun agency that have socials regularly, team lunches (which have been created sometimes by Michelin star chefs!), flexi-time and they close over Christmas and New Year. They have a brilliant vibe and are all friendly, welcoming and full of passion; the office is awesome with fab communal areas and break out spaces, open plan environment and a really buzzy atmosphere!

This role sits in the client services team where you will join a team of likeminded, enthusiastic and passionate team members. They work on some creative, thoughtful and innovative campaigns for their clients and are always doing so with a smile on their face! As an Account Manager you will be managing beautiful campaigns for a property client, ensuring they are delivered to timelines and budgets, as well as liaising with internal creative team members. This role is super-fast paced so you’ll have the opportunity to learn loads with a really supportive team around you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing integrated campaigns from brief through to execution with a large part of your role being eDM campaigns and Facebook advertising, alongside print, video and OOH campaigns
  • Liaising with internal creatives to ensure campaigns are delivered to brief, timelines and budgets
  • Managing client relationships ensuring you have an in depth understanding of your clients brands

They are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment
  • A super sparky, enthusiastic and eager personality
  • A drive to learn and progress

They are a brilliant agency who value every single employee and are very nurturing, supportive and want to see the best from everyone. It is a great opportunity for a sparky Account Manager, or a Senior Account Executive looking for the next step up, or a marketing executive currently working client side that is looking to kick off their agency career.

They are based in central Leicester and are easily commutable by public transport or by car from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Rugby and Coventry.

This is a rare gem of a role with an agency that produces some amazing innovative and creative campaigns for their clients across the UK. If this sounds like something you would be interested in then please do apply today.
