The Company: A rural-based not for profit business that supports farmers and growers within the UK to be successful in a constantly changing industry and to create a world-class food and farming industry.
The Role: This is a 12 month FTC role working on a project to help the business move forwards with their insight to allow them to become much more customer focused and really understand the complexity of the data to allow a much more segmented and detailed understanding of customer groups. Using Power BI and other data visualisation tools, the CRM Insight Analyst will create customer persona’s to help with more targeted marketing.
Segmentation and analysis- using CRM system MS Dynamics in order to look at current data segmentation
Look to segment customers into more defined groups using Power BI to really understand customer profiles
Ensure that all new data added to CRM is correct and segmented appropriately to aid marketing campaign success
Support all stakeholders across the business with business as usual requests for data segments for current marketing campaigns
Managing a small team
The Candidate: This is a true CRM insight role and therefore requires applicants that have a strong CRM background with experience of using data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableaux, Faststats etc. You also need to have strong Excel and Access skills and ideally have some experience of data modelling/ mosaic profiling. This is an important role for the business as they aim to get a better understanding of their customers and have a much more intelligent view of their database. You must have previously managed a team and be fully up to date with GDPR compliance.
Salary is £37,000 - £42,000 depending on experience and working a 35 hour week.
