  • Effective communication, in writing and verbally

Tasks:

  • Produce concept rationales

  • Present ideas to account handlers/project management

  • Provide day-to-day art direction and design support to the creative department to fulfil the projects briefed

  • Take responsibility for your own output.

  • Dare to care by pushing boundaries where possible and deliver to client requirements where necessary.

  • Treat others as you’d expect to be treated yourself.

Creativity:

  • Get out more: recognise that our value to a client’s business is as much about what we do when we’re not at work.

  • If you see something you like, share it – inspiration is essential to creativity.

  • Dare to break the rules and change the status quo.

  • Listen to the thoughts and ideas of your team – new angles and new ways of doing things will improve work.
