We are working with a Business Services client who operate on a global scale who are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work within a small but fast-paced digital marketing team. This role requires proficiency in Social Media management as a primary role focus is to oversee the company LinkedIn account in relation to campaigns, Paid Social, content, and analytics.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Management of company LinkedIn account, utilising built-in tools to maximise efficiency.
  • Work with the Digital Copywriter within the team to implement engaging content in line with company needs.
  • Maximise lead-gen through analysing and acting on data gained from Social platforms.
  • Support the PPC and Digital Display activity liaising with the Digital Performance Marketing Manager to support essential products and markets.
  • Manage scheduling of organic and paid social media activity in alignment with the company global policy, as well as retweeting client success stories.
  • Support internal Marketing teams with the Pardot approval process ensuring communications meet the rigorous checks potential clients expect.
  • Research and analyse social media trends, including competitor activity and presence.
  • Manage the employee advocacy programme “GaggleAMP” (Social Media Amplification).


The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have experience in management of Social Media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) and PPC & Display (Google Ads).
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Desirably have experience in the use of Sprout Social and Google Ads.
  • Be able to provide reports and analysis of activity, value and results.
  • Have experience working within a performance-driven environment.
  • Desirably have experience in the use of Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, database applications and web literacy.

This role would perfectly suit an experienced Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive or a Social Media Specialist with experience in the use of LinkedIn and its built-in tools.

The role is hybrid, requiring the jobholder to travel into the Buckinghamshire-based offices 3 days a week with the remaining 2 at home. This particular location is commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Northampton, and Aylesbury.
