This agency is looking to grow their team and the new recruit will be a key member of their leadership team, they need someone who can lead and grow some awesome accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and delivery and also oversee a fantastic client services team working at AD to AE level. Within this role you’d be overseeing a team that work on FMCG and F&B clients (including some of the world’s best known brands) whose campaigns span TV, social media, in-store POS, retail display, advertising, experiential events and activation, rebrands, sponsorships and brand partnerships and on pack promotions.

- Lead and inspire a fab client services team to deliver exceptional results
- Oversee and assist with the strategic development of all clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to really get under the skin of their brand proposition and goals
- Proactively grow revenue within existing accounts and get involved in new business pitches
- Directly line manage x 3 senior account handlers
They are looking for a candidate who is:
- An experienced Senior Account Director or Group Account Director with exposure to the management of brilliantly creative, big brand consumer marketing campaigns
- A great leader and manager with the ability to inspire a team to deliver excellent results for their clients
