Reporting into the Director of Customer Acquisition this is a pivotal role in the organisation who have an uncompromising commitment to excellence who are based in Bicester.
Candidates must be immediately available and have come from a CRM specialist background and ideally have worked in a retail, travel, leisure environment or at least one that is entrepreneurial, where you can think on your feet and be used to working at pace in an ever changing environment.
This role will be responsible for the overall strategy and running of the CRM programme and having a good knowledge of the reporting tool Salesforce would be advantageous. It is imperative that you work and liaise with key stakeholders in the business to drive acquisition and manage key strategic CRM moments in the year to ensure the delivery of campaigns.
This role is not only strategic but also requires an individual to roll up their sleeves, have a can-do attitude and write editorial content and provide the business with regular reports and analysis. You must be a highly analytical thinker, have good knowledge of CRM analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI and be proactive, organised and able to manage several work-streams at once.
