My client a not for profit organisation based near Kenilworth in Warwickshire is seeking an immediately available Interim PR & Media Manager for an initial 3 month assignment.
Reporting into the Head of PR & Media this role will manage a range of media and PR campaigns, projects and initiatives for a variety of internal departments generating written online content for delivery across press and media channels.
You will get involved in the following:
- Monitor all external social media feeds responding appropriately.
- Drive reactive social media content.
- Develop and maintain relationships with online and traditional media across a range of audiences including national, regional, specialist press.
- Liaise with the social media team to ensure Media and PR delivery complements existing schedules work on social media channels.
This Interim PR & Media Manager role based near Kenilworth requires an individual with an excellent understanding of all social media skills, particularly in issues management. You will have had experience of working in a fast paced news environment and be knowlegeable in the communications sector and have excellent written skills.
This role based near Kenilworth is commutable from locations such as Coventry, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Rugby, Lutterworth, Birmingham, Banbury, Leicester and you will be paid a pro rata salary of up to £40k for this initial 3 month contract.
