We are excited to be working with a well-respected, employee-owned healthcare company in Corby who provide their services nationally. Our client is looking for an ambitious and digitally-savvy Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the clients’ national brand coverage and product launches by supporting the development of online and offline marketing materials. 

Main Responsibilities:
•    Support the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for owned markets, including creation and publication of advertising and marketing materials.
•    Ensure country websites, social media and marketing materials and local press materials are up-to-date and campaigns go live on time.
•    Work with brand team to understand the global brand approach and then adapt this into market specific plans.
•    Proofread marketing material as required, including product launch materials.
•    Offer support to consultants globally with their marketing material to ensure brand consistency is followed and that ads are legally correct.
•    Coordinate advertising content, e.g. for publications or campaigns in-market.
•    Work with in-market agencies and translators to deliver marketing plans, where necessary.
•    Work key stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver events.
•    Work with Design Studio Manager to order marketing materials when necessary.

About you:
•    At least a years' experience in a similar role (e.g. website, social media, events, product marketing).
•    Ideally have experience working with overseas markets, non English speaking markets. 
•    Have good project management and organisational skills.
•    Accuracy and attention to detail.
•    Confident communication and good interpersonal skills.
•    Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
•    Able to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
•    Able to build strong relationships within the business.
•    Some experience of writing copy for marketing materials.

This role would perfectly suit a Marketing Assistant with a solid 12 months of marketing experience, a Marketing Officer, Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Officer or a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

The role is situated in Corby and is hybrid. You will need to work on-site at least 2 days a week, 3 days remotely. This particular location is commutable from Leicester, Peterborough, Kettering and Northampton.
