In the automotive sector, my client is involved in the entire vehicle life cycle offering tech solutions and financing through to managing auctions and logistics for dealers and manufacturers. With considerable growth plans, they now have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This is a home-based role with travel.
The Role: Responsible for one of the key brands, this Marketing Manager will support and deliver group marketing plans for the brand across lead generation and brand development to deliver significant revenue for the business. Using insights to inform marketing activity, you will have responsibility for end to end campaign delivery utilising a fully integrated marketing approach. Budget management, forecasting and reporting on ROI are also required.

The Candidate: To be considered for this Marketing Manager role, you will be an experienced marketing professional who has worked within a fully integrated marketing role previously and have managed the design and delivery of campaigns. Both creative and analytical, you will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to demonstrate where you have driven revenue streams and increased sales.
You will have a strong understanding of digital channels and the importance of content as well as offline marketing experience and have managed budgets. Operating as a true business partner for your stakeholders, you must be able to demonstrate how you have built relationships quickly and provided an expert service that is customer experience led. You must come from a B2B background, ideally with some experience within the automotive sector.
This role will be based from home with travel 1-2 days per week. Most of the sites are based across the North with sites in Leeds, Manchester, Chester therefore it is preferred that you live within this region.
The salary for this Marketing Manager role is up to £45,000 plus car allowance, 25 days holiday +BH, discretionary bonus, pension, and DIS.
Other suitable locations for travel include York, Sheffield, Crewe, Warrington, Stafford.
This would also suit a current Campaign Manager or Brand Manager or Marketing Business Partner.
