Our client is looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join their team. They looking for someone with a passion for user experience and interface design by adopting a “mobile-first” methodology. You will help lead the day-to-day delivery and long-term improvement of their platform. This role combines hands-on UX and UI work within a multidisciplinary delivery team.

You’ll take ownership of the planning and production of design work for partners' and members' websites. Your projects will range from iterative tweaks to wholesale redesigns with your process and tools adapting accordingly. You’ll be leading the redesign of the main partner platform website to fully optimise both partner and member user journeys.

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, consulting and collaborating with stakeholders so that your design solutions are commercially aware and technically feasible. A clear understanding of UI/UX methodologies and the ability to create design guidelines and styling libraries are preferred.

Applicants must have the UX skills to identify areas of improvement and optimisation and the design skills to translate those findings into amazing journeys for our members and partner fans.


What Will You Do?


  • Be an advocate for user needs, good practice, and cutting-edge/emerging design trends

  • Conduct discovery activities such as workshops, audits, research and user data analysis

  • Contribute to member engagement campaigns that increase member activity through compelling journeys that seamlessly link email campaigns to engaging website experiences

  • Work alongside product to suggest ideas for product roadmaps that support strategic goals

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements and deliver prototypes for robust evaluation

  • Create exceptional partner and member experiences that are visually appealing and intuitive

  • Produce UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows and clickable prototypes

  • Produce UI deliverables such as mood boards, style guides and mock-ups

  • Produce creative assets such as icons, illustrations and imagery

  • Lead research and interaction design with stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams

  • Wireframe creation, prototype building, usability evaluation, evaluate functionality, visual design

  • Competitor analysis, customer analysis, user research, develop user flows, conduct user testing

  • AB testing, persona development, usability standards and content strategy

  • Produce graphic assets and design visuals

  • Research product usage to optimize user journeys and desired actions

Ideally, you’re already working in a similar role, but we’re also interested in hearing from growth-minded talented designers who are ready to take the next step.

This role requires someone who can fulfil most of the criteria listed below. However, we don’t expect you to match everything — it’s more important that you have a passion for design and the obsession for creating amazing user journeys that support our key goals.


  • Experience in a similar design role focused on mobile-first, tablet, and desktop

  • Portfolio that demonstrates a track record of successful UX and UI projects and deliverables

  • Experience of scoping and planning work and showing attention to detail

  • Experience of conducting quantitative and qualitative design research activities

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly in writing and face-to-face

  • Academic design related qualifications and experience with HTML and CSS

  • Strong knowledge and use of ASANA, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe, XD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Wordpress, Invision, Zeplin, Sketch or Figma

  • Ability to research problems and deliver high-quality low & high-fidelity visual designs

  • Experience of working in an agile product team

  • Facilitate design workshop/s - bringing stakeholders, consumers and the wider team together to aid planning and prioritisation

  • Comfortable using A/B testing tools at a basic or higher level

  • Previous Project Management Experience


This is a full-time hybrid position based from the office 2/3 days a week.
