McCarthy & Stone approached blueskies with two roles they had been looking to fill for a couple of months unsuccessfully; a permanent Marketing Executive for their East Midlands branch and a contract Marketing Executive for a maternity cover for their West Midlands branch.
Both roles required generalist marketers with broad experience to manage both on and offline campaigns for development projects at a number of different stages. With key objectives including working alongside external agencies to get campaigns off the ground and to drive footfall from the local market, both roles required task-focused and creative-thinking candidates. The candidates blueskies put forward and placed had not just the required skillset but also the right personality fit for the company.
