Starting in 1995, the aim of RBH was to build bigger and better brands with creative communications. From their farm in the Midlands, they produce work that resonates globally, covering everything from retail to automotive, fashion to travel, B2B and B2C, doing it so well that they’ve won over 100 awards for their work in the last five years.

The creative heads were looking to free themselves up to focus on pitches and large campaigns. Supplementing the designers and art director with a copywriter meant that the studio could tick over nicely on its own, with them providing creative direction.
"By interrogating our very vague brief, Laura very quickly got a handle on what we were looking for. Because Laura understands the culture of our agency, she was able to introduce us to candidates with exactly the right sort of personality and work ethic."
